|
| | Dear Friends,
We as a company have a proactive policy concerning relationships with the true Tanzanian artisan. Not only do we offer and encourage artisanal (small scale) miners to share our expertise, we provide them with various options to increase their standard of living and acquire meaningful job skills that will last them a lifetime. Here's a sampling of what we have to offer:
1. We have access to plant manufacturers with safe technology starting from 1 tonne per hour (t/h) plants to 20 t/h plants.
2. We are more than willing to train and help artisanal miners in optimally utilizing this equipment.
3. Safety is a major concern in the artisanal mining arena. Through on site training and by utilizing appropriate equipment, risk of serious injury will be minimized.
4. We can arrange financing for equipment purchases.
5. We can allocate areas for the artisanal miners and work closely with them - if not together - on the same areas.
6. As a Tanzanian company, we can join, train and help participants in the mining industry within Tanzania - especially the small to medium scale miners.
7. Where PML's (Prospecting Licenses) exist, we are more than willing to enter into partnerships. In fact, we already have partnerships with PML holders.
8. As a company we strive to employ and empower Tanzanians as is clearly visible by our current company structure and staff.
Sincerely,
Joseph K. Kahama, President and director
